At Vision Designs, I design and lead a team of Graphic Designers, Production Managers, Printers, Installers and Fabricators. During my day I delegate and discuss daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Our team meets with clients to listen and direct, ensuring all projects are completed with their vision in mind. We use this knowledge to assign obtainable deadlines and during the process, hold the highest standards of brand consistency throughout.
Along with in-house staff and projects, I work with External Designers, Architects, Vendors and Sub Contractors in order to deliver a flawless product. While working in this energetic environment, constant review on project development is necessary to maintain consistency.
For 1221 Design, LLC is a company I started in 2010 doing mostly freelance graphic design work. I have always had a major interest in 3D work and ran a few CNC machines at different sign companies. After purchasing one for my business, the company now handles commercial signage and various other projects.
A good amount of time working with CNC machines and designing for them, allows concepts to be developed quickly and efficiently. In house design, machining and access to wholesale sign material allows pricing to be kept within reason. Large media is no problem with a cutting area of 4′ x 8′. Clients find comfort with my availability and constant contact through phone, in person or on social media. Communication is the key to a high rate of customer satisfaction!
